A mini heatwave has swept across the city of Sydney over this weekend, with temperatures in some parts of the city hitting the mid 30's.
Penrith and Liverpool can expect the mercury to hit 35C, while the city will reach a top of 29C.
Summer is well and truly here but unfortunately it's about to go away for the rest of the week.
The Bureau of Meteorology are predicting rain all week, with the worst of it to begin on Thursday.
It's highly unlikely we will see the amount of rain that drenched Sydney last month.
But be sure to pack your brolly all week.
